We offer customised stretching programmes to aid in injury, surgery, or physical limitation recovery. Our techniques are tailored to your individual needs and limitations, providing you with the maximum benefit. Our rehabilitation stretching sessions can improve flexibility and range of motion, perfect for those in recovery or looking to enhance their physical performance.
Static Stretching
This technique involves holding a stretch in a fixed position for a period of time to improve flexibility and range of motion.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching
This technique involves contracting and relaxing the muscles while stretching to improve flexibility and range of motion.
Dynamic Stretching
This technique involves moving the body through a range of motions to improve flexibility and range of motion, making it ideal for athletes or individuals preparing for physical activity.
Active Isolated Stretching
This technique involves holding a stretch for a shorter period of time, then releasing and repeating the stretch to improve flexibility and range of motion.

Where is the Be A Better You | B.A.B.Y. gym?
We’re excited to offer in-house training at Reds Gym, Denton Ln, Chadderton, Oldham OL9 8PU.
We believe that our location at Reds Gym is the perfect place to train, with state of the art equipment and expert trainers who are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
What times are the camps and how many are there per week?
Currently, we only offer two morning camp training sessions; one at 6am and the other at 9am.
What are the group sessions like at B.A.B.Y?
We offer small, manageable group training sessions that are overseen by John, ensuring that you receive personalised attention and support throughout your fitness journey.
Each session is unique and we use a variety of training systems to keep things interesting and challenging.
What if I can’t do the mornings?
If you’re unable to attend in person, we also offer virtual training sessions that you can complete in your own gym, although these are not recommended for home workouts unless you have a gym at home.
How much does it cost?
What if I can’t attend all the sessions?
We understand that everyone has a busy schedule and it can be difficult to commit to attending every gym session. That’s why we only require a minimum commitment of two sessions per week. This allows you to fit your fitness routine around your other commitments and still make progress towards your goals.
What if I miss a lot of sessions in a month?
If you miss a lot of sessions in a month, unfortunately, you will need to start from the beginning of the programme. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to miss a session. If this happens, we encourage you to make up for the missed session as soon as possible to ensure you stay on track with your progress. Remember, making excuses and asking “what if” can set you up for failure. Instead, focus on what you can do and commit to your fitness journey.
